Stacy Karel Real Estate Consultant CONDOChicago.com Founder Stacy is the number one agent in her Keller Williams office (YTD 2007) and ranks among the top 1% of agents nationally.  She has been named top individual or group every year since 2003 for her sales performance and has received silver or gold awards from Keller Williams each year. Her website, www.CONDOChicago.com is of the most successful independent sites in the Chicagoland area with thousands of registered users and hundreds using it monthly to assist in the home buying process. Stacy is an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP designation) and has participated in a 3-day hands on staging course.  She was also considered by the producers of HGTV's show "Designed to Sell" to be the real estate expert for the Chicagoland version of the show. Prior to joining Keller Williams as a full-time agent in 2002, Stacy was a Business Development Manager for Deloitte Consulting.  She has a MBA from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University with a major in Marketing.  Her undergraduate studies were at University of Illinois majoring in Finance. Stacy is an active real estate investor and a licensed broker in Arizona where she is developing and marketing a town home project in central Phoenix called Biltmore Court.  In her spare time she enjoys travel, theater, movies, wine tasting, skiing and teaching her niece to ice skate. Cherie Turner Real Estate Consultant- Buyer’s Agent Cherie recently joined the CONDOChicago team after deciding to turn her increasing obsession with Chicago real estate into a career. Born and raised in Chicagoland, Cherie has an intimate and ever-increasing knowledge of many of the city's neighborhoods. Whether partnering with sellers or helping buyers find the right home, enthusiasim, warmth, and professionalism is what Cherie brings to the table making her a valuable asset to her clients.  Prior to entering the world of real estate, Cherie developed her customer service and technical skills as an Account Manager with CDW Corporation (a Fortune 500 company). Andrew White CONDOChicago Team Assistant Andrew joined the CONDOChicago team after spending the past 2 years in commercial real estate. He graduated in 2003 from the Ohio State University with a B.A. in Sociology and a minor in International Studies. Prior to joining the CONDOChicago team, Andrew worked in property management in Columbus, Ohio, managing retail shopping centers throughout the greater Columbus area. He also worked in commercial financing in Chicago as a commercial loan originator. He prides himself on customer service and looks forward to working with CONDOChicago clients.
