City of Chicago taxes are in the process of
being reassessed. The 2nd installment tax
bill, which Lakeview residents have already
received, has shown substantial increases
in assessed values. You can, and should, appeal
your taxes either individually or though your
condo association. There is a time limit for
appeal, and a deadline will be shown on your
tax bill. A brochure and .pdf of the tax appeal
form are available at the following link.
